The youths left Askeaton with all three points, a result that puts them in pole position with three games, two of which are at home, left to play. All three Ballingarry goals, from Dean Clancy, Alan Cronin and Marcus Moore, came in the first half.
The under 12 B side were in Glin but were on the receiving end of a 5-1 defeat with their consolation coming through Claire Gohery.
On Sunday the junior B team went down in Mungret to Breska on a 4-0 scoreline.
