Youth Div. 1 – NCW T 2 Ballingarry 3 (Geary 2, Hickey 1)
Ballingarry had to come from behind twice to claim all three points in this eagerly contested game at Woodfields. A goal from David Geary in each half levelled it twice but it took a beautiful strike from Adam Hickey to win it. This was a great team performance which will have left the scouting delegation from Ballinroad with plenty to worry them before they entertain Ballingarry in the Munster youth cup in Waterford next Sunday.
