Following his exploits at the Kennedy cup with the LDSL Nathan Clancy has been called into the Irish Under 14 squad for the upcoming Hibernian Cup tournament which will be held in Dublin at the end of August. His performances during his five games at left midfield where he scored one goal impressed Irish under 15 manager Niall Harrison. He will join the squad for training on June 29th 2011.
