A glorious strike from the halfway line from Francis Kiely wasn’t enough for Ballingarry as they suffered their third loss on the bounce against champions elect and visitors Abbeyfeale United. Ballingarry went one down and were gifted a glorious chance from the spot to equalise but the keeper saved Kielys well struck effort. The home side fell further behind in a three minute spell before Kielys magnificent strike gave them hope.
United pulled away with two more goals in the second half before Dean Clancy got a second consolation for Ballingarry. It could have been worse but for two wonder saved from Ballingarry keeper Kenrick.
