Premier Division – Rathkeale 0 Ballingarry 0
Ballingarry maintained their unbeaten start to the season with this highly creditable draw at Rathkeale. The club will be well pleased with their fine start as having argueably visited the two most difficult venues and returned with a point on each occasion – reigning champions Rathkeale and reigning Munster Champions trophy champions Abbeyfeale United on the opening day. And it could have been so much better for Ballingarry as they spurned two glorious chances in the first half that could have secured an even better result. However it can only get easier for Ballingarry from here on in with much to look forward to.
